Amidst the chaos, a former Green Beret joins a training camp; love grows, truth is revealed, and a community comes together. Most of the issues raised are just the tip of the iceberg. And why it’s always the rich people who prepare, makes the rest of us feel like we have a snowball’s chance at survival in Hawaii unless we know someone rich… or military trained. I personally know people who prepare and they’re not rich… but they have good plans.. No one knows how they’re going to react until they get there. There was good information about gathering and different ideas. And of course, the story is probably better not to be set in California. While the landscape is beautiful, Appalachia might be a better choice.
